Clarity of Mind Adult Day Program is a provider of quality care services in a secure and healthy environment. We are composed of highly skilled staff members who work towards higher standards to ensure that every expectation of our patients is met.
We prepare and serve delicious and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a healthy snack. Special diets are also accommodated. Our center is open from Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm. And to ensure convenience on your part, we also provide transportation services to and from our site.
We are currently enrolling members with Mass Health Standard and private pay members.
MISSION STATEMENT
We offer a community setting for clients whose medical conditions require supervision. The goals of this program are to provide good health, a comfortable social setting, and nutritional information.
